Do You Fit Windows?

We supply and fit windows and doors. All our installations are fitted by CERTAS registered installers and come with a 10 year underwritten warranty and building control certification. We also have a trade division and approved window fitters list.

Do You Offer Finance?

We offer 12 months interest free packages with some of our promotions. please ask one of our team for more details.

Can You Supply Me With A Window ?

We are happy to supply windows and door to DIY customers.

If you are have building works undertaken and require doors and windows. Get in touch we have a range of products on display at our premises. We are happy to discuss your needs and make buying windows stress free.

What colour options do you provide?

We can supply any colour you require. We also have all options for grain or smooth effect foils.

What types of glass do you offer?

Our standard glass option is Planitherm Low E glass (28mm Double Glazed unit)

This is float glass with a coating applied to one side (the coated side goes inside the unit). Low e (low emissivity) is the term used to describe these coatings and they have the effect of reducing the heat transmission through the glass by reflecting it back into the room. This achieves a U-value of 1.2

Triple Glazed option of 44mm sealed would reduce the U-value to 0.6

Do you supply 3 star door locks ?

YES. We only offer Yale 3 Star locks as they are the best locks available. Door locks are rated either no star one star or three star. We only supply extra long 3 star locks for your piece of mind.

Is It a legal Requirement To Have Fire Hinges ?

YES it is law to have fire escape window in a bedrooms or a room that you frequently sleep in deeming it a bedroom. All our side hung windows are fitted with easy clean hinges regardless of its location.

An easy clean hinge offers the facility for the sash to be opened to clean both sides from inside the house. The easy clean side hinge also opens in a way to give the maximum opening to be fit things or people through.

Do You Have A Minimum Order?

Short answer is no. We accept one window or door orders.

How Much Are Your Delivery Charges ?

All Deliveries are free within a 2 mile radius of our factory located at TS6 6DT. all other deliveries charges depending on order size and distance. All orders would be looked at on a one to one basis.

Would you be able to measure our supply only windows ?

We offer a measuring Service for our supply only customers at an additional cost.

What does PAS 24 mean ?

This is a standard that your door/window is manufactured to.
